What is a Material Master Health Check?+
A Material Master Health Check is an assessment of your existing material data. We analyse a sample of your records and provide a report on completeness, consistency, duplicate rate, UNSPSC coverage and codification quality.
What do I need to provide for a Health Check?+
Upload a sample Excel file of up to 500 materials — short description, long description and material number are sufficient. We review and return findings within 3 business days.
Is the Health Check free?+
Yes — the initial Health Check assessment is complimentary. It helps both sides understand the scope and complexity before any project begins.
